First deputy commander of the National guard of Ukraine (chief of staff) Lieutenant-General Oleksandr Kryvenko

Born on the 20th of April 1958 in the Glynsk village of Kirovograd region.

In 1979 graduated from the Omsk higher general military school with honors.

Served in the Armed forces of the USSR, the National guard of Ukraine.

Since 1998 served in internal troops of the Ministry of internal affairs of Ukraine.

In 1999 graduated the National academy of internal affairs of Ukraine with honors.

Passed the way from platoon commander to deputy commander of internal troops of the MIA of Ukraine.

In June 2012 was appointed deputy chief of the Main department – commander of internal troops (chief of staff).

On the 19th of April 2014 was appointed first deputy commander of the National guard of Ukraine.

Awarded with state merits: The Order of Bohdan Khmelnytskyi III degree, medal "For Military Merit" and 21 other state merits.
